Dr. Jeff & Friends.

This is not another health podcast. It's where medicine, science, and real-world experience come together for conversations about what's actually happening inside your body, and what you can do about it.

Hosted by Dr. Jeff Piccirillo, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with more than 30 years of experience, the show brings together physicians, chiropractors, scientists, researchers, pharmacists, and other health professionals for candid discussions about the issues affecting our health today.

We go beyond "How do we treat the symptom?" We ask why this is happening in the first place: what has changed in our food, environment, metabolism, hormones, gut health, and lifestyles, and what roles do oxidative stress, chronic inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and insulin resistance play in chronic disease and aging? And perhaps most importantly: what can we do to change it?

On the show

  • Metabolic health
  • Weight loss
  • Hormones
  • Men’s & women’s health
  • Brain health
  • Gut health
  • Nutrition
  • Supplementation & activation
  • Peptides
  • Regenerative medicine & PRP
  • Healthy aging
  • Exercise & recovery

Some conversations challenge ideas accepted in medicine for decades. Others explore new research and technology that may change how we think about health. The goal isn't to reject conventional medicine, which can be extraordinary when we need it. It's to expand the conversation beyond managing disease toward creating health.

Real science. Real conversations. Better questions.
