Healthy Motivation with Jenn
You know what to do. Why is doing it so hard?
Knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently are two very different things. Jennifer works one-on-one with people who want personal support through weight loss, nutrition, and building habits that last.

§ Meet Jennifer
Someone in your corner who has lived the journey.
Jennifer brings together a background in healthcare, professional health and weight-loss coaching, and something equally important: her own experience with weight loss, a changing metabolism, and menopause.
She is a medical assistant with extensive pediatrics experience and works full-time in a high school nurse's office. She also spent three years alongside Dr. Jeff in regenerative medicine. More recently she became a certified health and weight-loss coach, turning her passion for helping others into Healthy Motivation with Jenn.
But she doesn't coach from a course alone. She has lived it. Over the past two years Jennifer has lost approximately 40 pounds while navigating the same challenges her clients face: changing habits, staying consistent, managing a busy life, and the physical and emotional changes that can come with menopause.
Knowing what to do is only part of the equation. The real challenge is staying motivated and consistent long enough to make it part of your life.
— The idea behind the coaching
Realistic goals. Healthier habits. Accountability when motivation dips.
Jennifer's role isn't to prescribe a perfect diet or demand perfection. It's to help you set realistic goals, build healthier habits, work through setbacks, and stay accountable when motivation inevitably rises and falls.
Whether you're pursuing weight loss through lifestyle changes, a medically supervised program, GLP-1 therapy, or another approach, she helps you focus on the everyday behaviors that determine long-term success.
For women in perimenopause and menopause, Jennifer brings the perspective of someone who knows how frustrating it is when strategies that once worked suddenly don't.
Please note: Jennifer does not prescribe and does not replace your physician. She coaches nutrition, habits, and accountability alongside your medical care.
§ In closing
More than losing weight.
It's about having someone who understands the struggle, celebrates the wins, helps you through the hard days, and keeps reminding you why you started. Because sometimes the difference between knowing what to do and doing it is having the right person walking beside you.
